Great arhiological sites as Dacian complex capital ,roman cities ,medieval monasterys and castles ,music ,food ,customs.

You need to just surpass south Oltenia and south Moldavia ,ho is still in dark ages as culture and caracter .

@Lordcasvanean36 The story is long and a bit complicated - for me many of the gypsies have done acts that bring shame to the entire population, but not all of them! the fault, however, belongs to us all here, or, to better put it, to the 'system'... if you let someone do as they please and then acuse them of doing it badly, or doing only bad, the fault belongs to you as well... unfortunately I do not have enough space to speak about curing/ educating the cause, not the effect...
