  • To assert that all true Christians believe in the Trinity, or that we all have the exact same view of God's nature is absurd & not something that should divide the church. As long as one believes that there is literally only one single, solitary God, who because of His omnipotence & almighty power is The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit, one is theologically sound. One does NOT have to use the word Trinity, or agree with all of that doctrine's facets to be saved, or to be part of the church

  • @godluvsmormons I don't think you can be a Christian and ardently oppose the Trinity

  • The "you're a hater/anti Mormon" excuse is a reflex action that Mormons are brainwashed into giving when anyone challenges anything they believe. It's ironic, because they don't see that this is EXACTLY what they do as missionaries, no matter how much they claim they do not.

  • All dictionaries should describe Mormonism is an example of hypocrisy. Under superman, the encyclopedias should say, "this is the god of Mormonism".

  • I appreciate the thoughtful and kind efforts to understand the LDS. I know a lot of people who are confused and hurt in the LDS and other religions. We are just trying to do what we think is best. I think any honest communication, such as this video, between LDS and the larger christian churches will bring healing.

  • I personally believe that the "church of the jesus'' is anyone who is sincerely trying to do what is right and to know God in ANY circumstance over the whole world. When Jesus comes again 'the church of the lamb' will set aside their former religions and identities and we will know our true identity as children of the Messiah and we will see 'eye to eye.'

  • I grew up LDS and I feel the need to be loyal to my roots. However, I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the speaker in this video.

  • @aaronsha removes the limitations, and says God is not confined to 3 persons, or any specific form or group of forms. Yes, God is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, but He is also the word (Logos) and He was the being that appeared before Abraham at Mamre, and He was also an angel that wrestled with a man! To say He is only, or can only be three forms is to deny His omnipresence and omnipotence. Think outside of the box, or you'll be just another man following men, like Mormons do

  • @aaronshaf2006 I don't oppose the nature of God, just man's traditional understanding of it. Of course one can be a Christian and not adhere to the Trinity, being a Christian does not have anything to do with one's understanding of the nature of God, but of faith alone in Jesus. I think you are doing a basically good work here, but brother that was an arrogant and small minded thing to say. The Trinity limits God in what He can do and be. My view simply removes the limiotations---

  • Aaron. You should be comforted to know that Omiolo and skeptic are bashing you at another Mo confusing video. Chin up and thanks again.
