Cop chases down motorcycle

The cop is gathering evidence! The rider was reported by members of the public for dangerous riding, same time everyday.
Rider got community service and a ban, rider later reported that he was followed for 40 minutes, cop even waited for him whilst he fueled up.

What i want to know is why the fuck is a police officer with no lights allowed to ride at 96mph in a 30-zone and at 80mph past a primary school at 2:09 to 2:11? And i've personally seen enough accidents at the junction at 2:30 to know that the coppers riding is equally as dangerous there as the other riders.

I'm guessing because this guy did this 5 days a week on his way to work the police would be justified in following him once.

IIRC he got to work and the cop turned up behind him and arrested him.

@Kinc34 And you dont think there was a more justified way to arrest him? IE take a picture of his bike which would show u his license plate... Quick cameras like they put on traffic lights to catch ppl running the light will still catch a plate at 150mph... IM SURE THAT THEY COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING BETTER, dumb pigs. I really would loved it to see that pig eat shit.

a cop should not be allowed to do that. if you see someone breaking the law you should immediately pull them over. you dont wait around and follow him to rack up the charges. thats like following a murderer around waiting to see who he kills next so he can rack up those charges first before arresting him. such bullshit

@olson5252 You hit it on the head. Also, I'm sure seeing another biker behind him, breaking every law he does and maintaining a close distance to him, probably made him want to go faster.

the cop definitely should have pulled him earlier instead of risking a collision (him or the perp) but people who think his driving is bad , if you watch the advanced motorcycle test stuff you can see him looking for hazards. Remember that its not a helmet cam either and that the policeman's view is much higher up. If you watch it you CAN see the rider taking precautions. Either way , the guy would have been convicted and the cop would have got a little incentive. One more loony off the street.

@ligz0987 well number plates identify the vehicle not the person so if they took the num plate then ran it through the db they would have the addresses of the people who rode the bike but they wouldnt know for sure who did it , 100%.

Also the bike could have been stolen/maybe the rider did not do his test so there would be no way to track him that way.

Doesn't say much for Police ethics does it! WTF!!! Why let it go on for so long! I agree the guy being followed is an absolute tool for the way he was riding on busy roads and doing a ton in a 30mph zone but that should never have gone on that long!

Saying that, the lad was pretty handy, fuck does that copper know it! LOL!!!

What are these cars doing on the road? They pose a danger to the bikers.
