Jean-Baptiste Lully was born in Itlay and became a French Citizen while working in the cout of Louis XIV; he is generally considered to be the founder of French opera. An energetic dance from Provence, The Rigaudon was popular in England and France in 17th and 18th centuries. This arrangement demosntrates the charming and beautiful sound of the ukulele duet.

Beautifully played. Do you know that Lully accidentally killed himself whilst conducting?
