A video view of Serra's sculpture in Fort Worth, "Vortex." The HD view of the sculptures oxidized finish is impressive, even if the YouTube resolution won't allow one to see it...

  • It reminds me of the stock market "geniuses" who buy and sell stocks and make millions of dollars (on the backs of hard working people) by actually doing nothing more than exchanging thin air with other stockbrokers and then they think they are doing something greater and more important than doctors/scientists because they make more money than them. Modern art ruined art and beauty and guys like him should be laughed at not cheered.

  • "Art Nazis" who insist that art is only the more conventional forms, should question why they are interested in art in the first place ... Is it because they want to restrict it to a set of rules and preconceived ideas ... If so, I suggest colour by number books.

If art was that easy to define, it would be almost pointless to do ... art is a self defining thing, without limits, we can only define art by creating it, we can not defining it in words.

  • And he does that well

  • ART IS SHUTING OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF YOUR BRAIN AND LETTING YOUR CARES GO AND YOUR HANDS TAKE OVER!

  • stop embarrassing art, serra
