@kabal5000 No, in real life, Ed went to Ursuline High School in Youngstown, Ohio. He played for them and taught there for a little too. I also went to Ursuline.

@csguden It's excellent acting. He's nothing like Al Bundy; and I doubt anyone could have pulled it off the way he did. Ed is trained in theater to portray characters not like himself... He delivers what is asked of him. Not cutting edge, but it's definitely good acting.

If I could choose to meet any celebrity, it would definately be Ed O'Neill. Any interview I see him in, he looks so nice and down to earth, nothing like his character Al Bundy, which is the proof he's a good actor :)
