http://chipower.com One misconception about Chi Kung, Qigong or any type of Chi Energy training is storing the chi/qi in certain areas of the body. The dantien point is looked at as a chi storage area of the body. In this video, Sifu Jones will reveal some startling info on why this might not be the best thing to do.

  • many yoga video's and even shaolin monks always show whenever they use the chi energy they also show them getting rid of it, if u watch mind body and kick ass moves when monks in there break metal rods or bend sharp objects by just storing chi in their throat area, they say after doing that I need to release the energy as it is no good just staying there. I'm no monk or a pro at yoga but in india it is always advised not to get into depths of yoga and chakra business without a proper guru.

  • An endless amount of sites actually say this is fine to store energy in there, but if you go to the second or third upper dan tien to put energy in those 2 instead of the very first one, it can cause many issues. Just filling the first one will make the energy after a long time go to the upper ones.

  • YOU ARE NOT A MASTER GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE WITH YOUR SHIT ADVICE!!

  • still a true mystery
