Sunscoop™ Tubular Rooflights - Natural Daylight

Sunscoop tubular rooflights allow Natural Daylight to be utilised where normal windows or rooflights cannot be used and are ideal for deep plan rooms or lower floors and corridors. The highly reflective aluminium tube is coated with a high-performance specular reflective, silver mirror-like film giving 95% reflectivity. An ultra high-performance 98% reflective tube is also available to provide the very highest lux levels at the point of use.

A full range of mounting accessories, tube bends and diffusers are available to accommodate most installation types. Sunscoop can also be fitted with low energy lamps, avoiding the need for separate light fittings.

Susncoops can be fitted in Domestic and Commercial Buildings, and can even be considered as a viable option for Self Builders.

Scientific studies have shown the positive benefits of natural daylight in a range of applications. For example, it can promote faster recovery of hospital patients and better performance by factory workers and pupils in schools.

2009 Saw the launch of a new concept in tubular rooflights with the launch of the New Sunscoop Combined IPSV system offering the established benefits of Natural Daylight, with the added benefit of incorportaing the Passivent IPSV system.
