The Hike to Machu Picchu

This was the 4th day of the Inca trail. We got up very early to hike so we can be at the site at sunrise. I used O Magnum Mysterium for the soundtrack because it had a spiritual quality that I wanted. The recording was made by the Golden Gate Men's Chorus of San Francisco.

I found this video to be very moving. As the music began, my entire body was immediately covered with the kind of tingles you get when you are having a religious experience. The quality of the editing and presentation was first class. I wish I knew what software they used to put it together!!

I'm so glad you liked my video. I did it using iMovie on my Mac. It was one of my first videos. I read many video production books and tried them out in this video. I had the video in mind when I was hiking the trail. My chorus performed this piece for one of their Christmas concerts.
