  • The liner I use is 36x70. This year looks like it will cost about $200. One and done for me. Could it be used 2 years...? perhaps. However the risk of battling leaks all season (which is about 8 weeks here) is not worth the savings to me. In other words I only get eight short weeks to have a rink.... Im not going to risk losing precious ice time for the sake of "saving" a $100 bucks. But thats just me....

  • what did u use as a liner? I use plastic but the roll is 20 feet wide and i had to use tape to join thye two layer. Yours seem to be in one piece, is it?

  • @couz650

yep one piece. From JFreeman. There in Boston

  • How do you break your rink down in the spring? 19 hours of water does not go on your lawn, or does it? Or do you just dump it out to the street?

  • @kevinwallack

Siphon out with a garden hose into the street over a couple of days. It all goes down the street drain.

  • Yep. Not much sleep for me.
