Additional scene 10. Despite the fact that the filmmakers loved every second of Akasha's original dance as well as her closing words to Lestat, this scene was trimmed to heighten tension.

this is my all time favorite movie! i wish i could find i with all the deleted scenes. tweenlight dont have sh*t on this. she was the best till her life was cut short

The less we heard of that horrible fake Egyptian accent the better. I'm glad they trimmed the last words, but the dance should have been left in as it is here.

Well they were going to kill Lestat, so she had to murder them all first. I love her dancing. I swear I remember seeing THIS dance in the movie first, not the shortened one which always looked like some moves were missing. Me and my friends were 9 yrs old trying to copy her.
