I think elixirs are and always have been one of the most powerful healing tools we have at our disposal.

In this video I explain exactly why you should be making them for yourself everyday.

Its by far the easiest and most tasty way to shift your life.

  • Brandon, I have a question about Reishi: I broke some up and put it into good water to soak out the benefits without heat, however it grew a funk on the top. Can you explain what that was? Could I still use it? Should I just boil the Reishi and keep the tonic, how long would that last on the counter or would it grow funk like the unheated stuff did?

I want to begin using Reishi more often. Thanks for the info.

  • you can't get the benefits with out heat. you could make a tincture, thats your only alternative.

i would toss that went funky and start over and boil your tea or make a tincture.

    hope that helps.

  • livers have fists to shake? ;D

  • A very convenient way to take chinese herbs is to use Sanjiu concentrated granules. Simply add them to hot water.
