That train runs 'combined' between Montreal and Hervey

Usually, that train has only 2 locos, and once arrived in Hervey Jonction, they split the train, one loco with one coach and a baggage car goes to Senneterre, and the remaining goes to Jonquière (in summer, sometimes they have 3 baggage cars, and 4-5 coaches)

But since August, the turntable in Jonquiere is out of order, and they don't have a 'WYE' to turn the locos, so they have to put 2 locos, back to back

What an odd consist, RBRX F59, VIA F40, RBRX F59 long hood foreward, coach, baggage car, baggage car and a coach. Why so much power and why two baggage cars in between two coaches?
