Bonsall Street forever. Hulme is a special place in the world. Always has been, always will. god bless the peopple that have lived and live there. ...pint at clynes's (now the cavendish) anyone?
I was brought up in Hulme and prefer to see pics of the old Hulme (for the sake of memories) Although it looks a million times better now than how it used to, i still miss the Crescents, (and the carnival what was held within Charles Barry Cres.) the culture etc.
Ah! that's nice a nice quiet, slow drive around Hulme. Quieter than when I was last there anyway. Oh what a shame you didn't turn right down old Radnor Street (right at Hulme Library) and then second left into
old Warde Street (spelt with an (e))my old street-perhaps you don't remember that far back? 'Changes?' 'Ghosts?' Yep, that's Hulme. The ghosts are nice ghosts tho' well, for me they are. Thanks for the tour.Very nice-not so sure about the songs. Jo Bradbury
