We need a hardcore gym up here in the Toronto area, we had a few Golds gym but they all closed down, then LA fitness opened a chain trying to compete with goodlife and premier fitness the main heavyweights up here in the Toronto area. Fitness finatix was my first club and is considered the best still. I personally feel we need something more serious, I'm tired of lifting 100lb dumbells all the time

if ronnie coleman wasn't an 8 time olympia, kids wouldn't know what a "metroflex" is. you want to make noises in other gyms? go ahead who's stopping you? you dont like the music the gym plays? it's 2010 get some head phones. metro flex is hardcore but for some reason recently it just seems something to brag about, people feel "hardcore" walking in this gym.besides 75% of body building has to do with your dieting not how hardcore your gym is;it's not magic.

youre right dietary fiber! What an idiot I am for creating a gym with serious lifters in mind! I think I will close up shop so we can all go train with you and your mom at LA Fitness, throw on our headphones to drown out the britney spears music, and hope not to get kicked out for chalking up before dead lifts! I cant wait for the comradery of all of my fellow gym rats!
