My gym teacher wondered how in the world I was so flexible in gym class when stretching. I was doing Hooked on Aerobics from age 6-11. I remember keeping up with Ellen (Mathias) Thomas and, at this age, going WAY beyond the heart rate zone LOL. I have to say that at 6'3" and taller, being able to move at the high effort is tough. That guy is about that tall or higher.

I remember not liking Tammy - the blonde here - very well. She cheated a lot when she was up on the high level.

OMG this was like my favorite show! I made my 2 younger brothers do it with me and we would switch places when the people on the show did. I was always the brunette:)

There were two seasons of "Hooked on Aerobics." The first season was taped in 1984, and the second was taped in 1986. "HOA" was a local production of KBYU (Provo, Utah). The first season apparently only seen locally. The second season is the one that went national. This video is probably from the second season. The blond is hot, too! For a 2002 "where-are-they-now" type article, do a search using the terms "hooked aerobics byu newsnet."
