A trip from lower feltham to the Crooked billet roundabout Staines via Bedfont lane. Filmed about 1993. On my last visit to Feltham most of the pubs on route had gone and had been replace by houses and flats. A blast from the past for you all to enjoy. Sorry about the poor commentary but I didn't know it was going to be on YouTube and didn't want to dub over it!

  • If you want to see a collection of photos showing what it all looks like now (2010) and in the past please visit the facebook group "The Feltham, Hanworth and Bedfont Appreciation Society.

  • @BrianCee I have done, very good, I will sort out some of my own photos from Feltham. Somewhere I have a colour slide of looking out of hunter house at a 3 bed house and I think it was before home court was built taken by a friends grandad. I know it was a good slide as I paid to have it copied some 30 years ago.

  • A very interesting clip. Much has disappeared including the Crooked Billet.

  • @lopzilla many of the pub I used to drink in have gone. The prince of wales, railway tavern and the locomotive. How times change!
