BOBCAT, A.K.A DIESEL OUR FAMILY PET LOVES DEER MEAT A RARE SPECIAL TREAT.WE LOVE THE NOISE HE MAKES WHEN HE GETS IT. YES, HE GET'S MAD WHEN ANYONE IS NEAR HIS TREAT. HE WARNS THE CAMERA BUT, HE DOESN'T USE HIS CLAWS ON HIS FAMILY, LUCKY US! WE DON'T PESTER HIM OFTEN WHEN HE EATS JUST TO LET OTHERS KNOW HOW CUTE HIS GROWL IS AND HOW, HE COULD BE IF HE DIDN'T LOVE US. HUNTERS IN THE WOODS,HOW COULD YOU KILL SUCH A BEAUTIFUL ANIMAL?

  • you know what man i would appreciate it if you considered letting people know that to own this type of animal it takes extensive training and protective shelter and proper environment. its not too cool to tell other people here on youtube how easy they are to train & your taking it a step further by telling them where to buy them! 2 many people buy them b/c they think its badass and simply do not have the training or environment to do so.. its unfair to the cat and to people living around them.

  • Some animal lover you are then.

I have four quaker parrots, each time I touch them or just play around with them they bite me. Yet, I do nothing.

Call me stupid if you want, but it goes against my morals of hitting an animal. I love animals and I'd never hit them, I just hold them and wait for them to calm down.

I don't need to hit them to teach them a lesson. You can discipline them without the yelling and hitting.

  • Now that is cool !

  • I really hope you have more respect for him than that, he obviously didn't want you in his face, but you kept egging him on...it's not fair to the cat, I hope you also have a good enclosure too at least something will have been done right....and if you think he won't hurt you because 'he loves you more than anything' while that MAY be true he WILL put instinct before trust in an instant

  • "...its saying "this is mine you better back off "...

    @Randombambi :

You are right ! It's exactly as you post !

Own male Maine Coon would growl even louder when would bring him home a piece of duck from a Chinese restaurant !

Neither, my other 4 cats or me, were "allowed" to get near "His" Duck !

  • This big cat is stunning but seems scary when eating its saying "this is mine you better back off" or something like that :)

  • How do you discipline them if they do something wrong?

  • Hi! I have a Pixiebob that is supose to be a domestic cat, but is more like a real Bobcat than a house pet. I see a lot your cats in her. I wonder if other owners are seeing the same thing?

  • epok205 - that is definitely the best way to help eliminate food aggression. Some owners say to "leave them completely alone" when they eat. I strongly disagree - that conditioning even more important when domestic pets are present.

  • He'll bite your balls off ;)

  • How could I kill a WILD Lynx? Well, probably the same way you can kill a deer.

  • 0____________0 his noises are so odd!

Um........ so he drags raw meat all over your house/carpets??? That doesn't seem very hygienic D:
