Living Life With Carter Season One Episode 10 Sis

*Sabrina walks in and sees Carter about to cry on the couch*

Sabrina: Carter, you ok?

Carter: Huh? What? Oh yeah. Im fine.

Sabrina: No your not. *sits down next to her* Now tell me what the REAL problem is.

Carter: Its just that my mom just died. Its no biggy.

Sabrina: No BIGGY?! Carter, your mother is gone forever. How can you write that off as a no biggy?

Carter: Mom was never around. One time she even left for NINE WHOLE MONTHS!

Sabrina: Oh. Thats really sad, Cart. Are you gonna head back to Massachusetts for the funeral?

Carter: Yeah. Me, Chris, and Ariel are.

Sabrina: Oh. When are you leaving?

Carter: Tomorrow.

*THE NEXT DAY AT AROUND 10:30 AM IN THE AIRPORT*

Carter: So. Bye Dylan. Bye everyone.

Dylan and everyone: Bye guys.

Carter: *on the plane to Chris* Hey Chris?

Chris: Yeah?

Carter: I didnt want to admit this to the girls and Dylan, but

Chris: But what?

Carter: I miss mom! A lot!

Chris: Its ok baby sis.

Carter: I am NOT your BABY sis! Were freaking twins!

Chris: Yes, but Im 2 minutes older.

Carter: Yeah, but that doesnt make me your BABY sis!

Chris: *wraps her in a side hug* I love you. Not like Dylan does, butyou know what I mean.

Carter: *hugs back* I love you too. And yes I do.

*Theyre off the planes 3 hours later and now theyre at their home in Boston*

Mr. Wright: Chris! Carter! Ariel!

Chris, Carter, and Ariel: Daddy!
M.W.: Oh, I missed you kids so much! Especially with your momma gone.

Carter: How is Violet taking it? *A/N: Violet is their little sister*

M.W.: Not too well. Shes been up in her room crying for the past two days.

Ariel: Oh thats terrible!!

Carter: Ill go talk to her. *runs upstairs to Violets room and knocks on her door*

Violet: What?

Carter: *walks in* Its me.

Violet: *pulls her head off her pillow and looks at her with puffy red eyes* CARTER! *hops up and hugs her really tight*

Carter: Oh Violet! Is there something you wanna talk about? Mainly mom?

Violet: *pulls away and sits on her bed* I miss her. So much.

Carter: *sits down next to her* Me too.

Violet: *puts her face back in her pillow and cries again* I-I j-just want her back!

Carter: I do too, Violet. But do you think mom would want you to stay in your room and cry for her?

Violet: No.

Carter: So dont.


*AT THE FUNERAL, MR. WRIGHT IS SAYING A FEW WORDS*


Mr. Wright: Lucy wouldnt want me standing up here talking, she would want Carter to be singing a song for her!

Carter: Dad! I dont have a song!

M.W.: I wrote one for you *hands her a piece of paper* I wrote it for your momma, but I bet shed rather have you sing it than me.

Carter: Um, ok. *begins to sing a song called When Youre Gone* I always needed time on my own. I never thought I, need you there when I cry. And the days feel like years when Im alone. And the bed where you lie is made up on your side. When you walk away, I count the steps that you take. Cant you see how much I need you right now? *finishes the song then steps off the stage and sees a teenage girl around her age*

Teenage girl: Oh my gosh, that was so beautiful.

Carter: Thanks! *sticks her hand out* Im Carter.

Teenage girl: *shakes it* Im MaHaley. King.

Carter: I was Lucys daughter. How come Ive never seen you before?
MaHaley: Whoa, wait a minute. You said YOURE Lucys daughter?

Carter: Yeah. My name is Carter Ashley Wright. Who are you?

MaHaley: You CANT be Lucys daughter. Because I am!

Carter: No way! I demand a DNA test!

MaHaley: Me too!

*AFTER THE FUNERAL AND BURIAL MaHALEY AND CARTER GO GET A DNA TEST*

Doctor: Yep, its official. You to are sisters. You share the same mom.

Carter: It all makes sense now!

MaHaley: What?

Carter: Mom would be gone for six, seven months at a time on a business trip. And only a few times she was gone for nine months. That mustve been when she had you.

MaHaley: And my brothers and sisters.

Carter: What?

MaHaley: Yeah. I have 6 brothers and 4 sisters.

Carter: GOD!

Doctor: Well, you two can leave now.

MaHaley: Thank you Doctor. *they leave and go get some ice cream*

Carter: So, are you SURE all your brothers and sisters belong to my mom?

MaHaley: Positive.

Carter: So where do you live?

MaHaley: California. But Im moving here to Boston with my dad and brothers and sisters.

Carter: Ever heard of a place called London Prep?

MaHaley: Yes! Its my dream to go there. I almost got in but we couldnt afford it.

Carter: No way!

MaHaley: Yes way!

Carter: No I mean, no way I go there!

MaHaley: Could younever mind.
