Wish there was a transcript because I missed a lot of what he said. Is the point that Dylan is teasing Neil Young about his 90's appellation "Godfather of Grunge," with Dylan referring to him playfully as "Captain Grudge?" If so, lol, that is funny. Thanks for posting it.
