If they spent as much time answering their customers as they do ADVERTISING that they answer their customers, they might have more fans. I have repeatedly tried to contact them, but to no avail. Ordered $120.00 worth of stuff and they sent me a $7.00 pipe, no online support no one ever answers the phone won't return emails now I have to wait on a 60 day dispute with my bank. Just a heads up.

@MrSnakeman1988 holy shit dude its one place handling thousands of orders. A new shipment team that is still being trained and not to mention hundreds of "supposedly missing" products that the shipment team has recorded through inventory as being packed and shipped. Truthfully if somethings not correct with your order and your not getting any feedback through customer service its most likely some type of clutter in the IT dept. sorry for the inconvenience.

OMGosh! I wish I would have read the reviews! I ordered only one small glass pipe that was $10, free shipping. I ordered it on Saterday, it is now going on Thursday. I contacted them via e-mail on tuesday, asking where my package was or how long it takes... no answer. I'm so pissed. If I don't get my package..... I will be so mad. How do places like this get away with ripping people off? Has anyone gotten there whole order or heard from them?

FAKE ASS PLACE, No customer service, had to file a legal action against them to get my money back. They refused to talk to would not ship my product on time and took general fucking forever. They lie about there customer service its never around or online. SO DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS HUGE FUCKING RIPPOFF!
