WordWorld is an award winning animated television series that helps 3 to 5-year-olds develop early literacy skills. A new study funded by the US Department of Education, which partially funds the show, found that watching it for only 15 minutes a day improved a child's vocabulary and readiness to read. This report by Faiza Elmasry, narrated by Melinda Smith -- introduces us to the show, now seen in nearly two dozen countries.
