Mostly right, although Sonata-Allegro form didn't really rear its full head until the classic period. Counterpoint was still the most important part of Baroque composition...as well as other baroque devices like melodic sequence....Counterpoint fell out of style after 1750 (JS. Bach's death), and although some composers after this time would throw in some counterpoint passages, it was clearly a nod to earlier times.

it sounds very professional awesome!

@syvetteb Although counterpoint was influential to the baroque era (Fugues), counterpoint was, in no way, the only writing style of the time (Sonata alegro, Toccatas, Opera to list a few). The Rennaissance and Classical era also had counterpoint, and its impossible that they are Baroque.
What makes this piece modern as opposed to baroque is that it was composed in modern times and, from what I can here, is not a replication of a Baroque piece nor does it "quote" any pieces from the time.

this isnt baroque because baroque has counterpoint your song is only homophony, listen to cacophony.

depends what "slighty better" is to you.

What's with the shit vibrato used by shredders? It should make it just sound slightly better, not go up a whole fucking half step.
