People always ask me how important it is to cleanse the colon and what is the best way to do it. I just met with Charles, the owner of the Ejuva Herbal cleanse. This was an excellent interview I'm sure you will enjoy and learn a lot from.
Fluorescent lighting degrades the nutrient content of herbs and food? Wow! That's crazy. I think i remember reading about fluorescent lighting being energy efficient but harmful because of mercury emissions that we can't see. I wonder what effect that has on humans after long term exposure...hmm..That makes me really wanna wake up earlier and end my day when the sun goes down, as to use minimal artificial lighting. Sunlight is all i need. :)
Oh, and to add, I used Rise&Shine before Ejuva and it was ok, but nowhere near the Ejuva effect. I also had problems with the heart, it was hurting me, and then I read about Rise&Shine issue, but continued using it because well, wasn't sure if it was just false negative propaganda, I paid for it, and am pretty young, hoping it won't cause some big damage. Wouldn't buy it again though.
I used Ejuva last year and it was totally amazing. I couldn't believe the quality, and my body totally enjoyed it, although it was difficult, especially the last week only on juices. But my skin was clear, and the stuff that came out of me was incredible. I plan to do it again this year. Thanks Charles! It is expensive, but is totally worth it.

Can't wait for more info I have never used a program like this. Interested in trying it. Gotta be cheaper than colonics
Currently I do colonics to try and cleanse.
With the pretty pure diet/ lifestyle I lead not much issues in that department.
