@P27Barreta To fight and die for a cause that is WORTH fighting and dying for is the objective, IMO there hasn't been one since World War II. I hope you have the knowledge, training and ability to see thru any more political lies that start wars and just say no. You will be honored by us that do. In the mean time, do your job, do it well and keep yourself and those looking up to you safe.

@Barismw2 Standard procedure, at least back then as I've been told, to insure the ID of the body especially if there was a disfiguring injury.

This movie has helped me to realize what kind of a leader I want to be. I have learned that although one might be taught to fight and die for a cause, perhaps their may be other alternatives, even in the most dire of situations. I will do everything in my power to protect my soldiers, but I will also look towards finding solutions without violence. I hope by just having this new mindset, I can actually make a difference someday.

AMAZING FUCKING MOVIE
I am commenting again,because this movie is great.Yes, the insanity of wars makes us all to stay paralysed and helpless .Very powerful film. I´m still thinking of it and analysing every little detail.
