Hi, thankyou Mari. I have gone a bit yoga mad recently! With the cold weather the master cleanser is very difficult, think it will be a once year thing for me, and in the spring!x

You do not have bad social skills!! Just a bit shy, perhaps - which is endearing. Confidence is practice and you have every reason to feel confident in yourself. I was humming Coldplay's 'Yellow' after watching this ;)
