When speaking about pro gear to customers thiers a level a dignity and elequence that is required. Otherwise , if you sound ignorant you will be presume to be so- no matter how knowledgeable you are. Even if the customer base spoke like that that's their liberty to take as the wallet-holder. Sellers are expected to be professional and speak as such.
