We are seeking a Pastor of Student Ministries who will develop, oversee, and be the primary implementer of a discipleship -based ministry for youth grades 6-12. By Gods grace, over the past year we have experienced wonderful growth in our youth program through some dedicated volunteers, however, are now finding that a staff member is needed to sustain what has been created. This is a 50 hour a week position which reports to our Lead Pastor. This individual will be responsible for development of youth curriculum, carrying out weekly youth group meetings for middle and high school youth, identifying and empowering volunteer youth leaders, and creating a caring community for the youth of our church and city. In addition, this person will partner with the parents and families of our youth, to assist them in being the ultimate pastors for their youth. This last year has also brought much excitement with our youth program in that we opened an off-site location called THE LOFT, where our high school youth have been learning what it means to be with Jesus in the upper room.

Wow, I believe that any student pastor would be honored to work with students that are willing to make such an amazing video to draw in their perfect person.
