I'm not sure I follow your logic; if you are going to make that pinto video and use the sun trick you will still need a car that can go 260 km/h, or at least a speedometer that will show 260 km/h. Sometimes digital cameras are slow to adjust to changes in light :\

240km/h=4km/min. The video is just over half a minute, so the speedometer should go up about 2 km. Watch it again.
