on the 4th exercise (plank) to get a bicep and tricep workout along with the abs go from elbows to pushup position do 10-20 pushups depending on the person and go back to reguler plank position on your elbows do it about 3-4 times

in his 1st exercise, if you raise your legs you'll get a much better burn going on.
