  • Be careful about supplying bullying documentation to H.R. or keeping such documentation at work. Certiainly let your boss know about the bullying, but if he does nothing, HR. is likely to do the same. Documentation , written or electronic , is likely tp "disappear" in these situations.

  • this is true. Keep the originals elsewhere and supply copies only.

  • another reason to keep originals - not only may the documentation disappear it also may be altered in some way.

  • I honestly believe that this is a problem that will never be solved because it's not that big a deal. As long as at the end of the quarter or year whatever you go by you made money for the company you can bully whoever you want sadly that's how it is. When you are no longer bringing in money then you will be deciplined and or fired.

  • Obviously I disagree, however I'm curious as to your industry. There are places and people who believe that treating human beings like objects and opportunities is wrong.

  • I tell them the first time they are not the boss. Next time I ignore them if it keeps up go to the real boos then if nothing happins find a new less mentally stressfull job. But when I explain this to companys who asked why I quit a job they turn me down for a job why? I was honest!

  • Unfortunately you can't be that specific. Keep it general and don't go into a lot of detail. It raises too many questions.

  • human resources is a part of the problem. i have lost many friends behind our bully boss. HR encourages this behavior as well.

  • I worked in a place were mob bullying is rampant. One former employee commited suicide. Several great employees quit. The bullies are still there collecting their lucrative pay checks and the victims are the only ones who are suffering. It will never change.

  • The best thing to do is find another job. Dont bother with the HR department. In most cases, they will take the boss side. Its not worth the risk. What goes around comes around. The law of Karma.

  • its like lesbians and gay men run everything in the workplace now a days and if your not like them u are a target for loosing your job people know that u havent sold out, i have nothing against lesbian and gay men i truly respect them but i dont have to run with them u cant keep a job unless u sleep with somone thats over u , lazy people dont do shit but get promotions and bonuses...it real fucked up.

  • Nursing is so bad with this crap, I have had no less that 20 nursing jobs because of this stuff. I just walk out or go off and get the boot.

  • @knowledgeisthepower1 I am so sorry those ppl hurt you at work. The emotional pain is real . workplace bullying is not funny ;has never been funny, and is just down right dangerous. get well soon my friend.

  • Whats happen to YouTube -is the Vatican took over it?

  • I woz nearly bullied 2 death at work. I woz one of those few ppl that cum in on time, work my ass off the whole time, never get involved with the lies and backstabbing that goes on, help ppl wen i cud. But yet wen i had to leave, i left with nuthin except severe depression and anxiety that led to suicidal feelings. This has effected every aspect of my life. My relationships, my health, my future list goes on and on. I'm basically disabled, the mental n physical pain is unreal.

  • @barbarilla9 oh yeah they almost always have connections to some bosses...but what they don't know is that if they fuck up somewhere down the line those higher ups can always turn on them

  • @yuhavinit1 exactly I totally agree...even HR doesn't do anything, that's why its just better to toughen up and stick up for yourself...or just give the silent treatment to these people who never grew up...worked for me

  • its just better to let workplace bullies dig their own graves...that's all...and don't think of going to HR...HR won't help you.
