1. On 3rd march, Venus moves from 7th house Aquarius to 8th house Pisces, exalt sign, in mutual aspect with friend Saturn. Venus shift is adverse. On 27th March, Venus moves from 8th house Pisces to 9th house Aries. From new position, Venus aspects own 3rd house. That Venus shift is favourable.
2. On 15th March, Mercury moves from 7th house Aquarius to 8th house Pisces, fall sign where it joins exalted friend Venus in mutual aspect with Saturn in Mercury's own house. Mercury shift is adverse. On 30th March, Mercury moves from 8th house Pisces to 9th house Aries where it joins friend Venus again. This Mercury shift is favourable.
