Julian Cox, the Bartender at the downtown Los Angeles restaurant Rivera, showed us how to make one of his signature cocktails called Barbacoa. The drink can be made with either tequila or mezcal, but Cox tells us that the smokiness of the Mezcal complements the pureed chipotle used in the drink.
