That was not good

He's right the band is way out of tune, and does sound bloody aweful.
And the pipes are Scottish. Can;t tell what they are wearing though.
There does seem to be a general confusion among americans as to what is Scottish and what is Irish. I'm not sure why?

holy shit my ears

And they are playing Scottish Great Highland Pipes, not Irish bagpipes. Irish pipes, usually called "uilleann pipes" these days, are very different.

The Shannon Rovers are a joke. A big, fat, drunken, politically connected, gig-stealing joke.

@cowpoke1000 not only sharp but just lousy playing all around. little disgraceful :(
-
A little sharp, aren't we? I'm thinking Roddy McCorley has his fingers in his ears...

@NALAYLLEK i agree with you, the irish r better than the scots. but, the scots did kick out the british first. they then united with the british after some scot married some brit and they became the united kingdom

Irish forever
-
thre scots have always had an inferiority complex when it comes to the irish..first of all scotland got its name from the tribe the SCOTTI..which was the roman name for those who came from ireland..and secondly we managed to kick out the english..unlike the scots...and thirdly my learned friend bagpipes and kilts have been in ireland as long or maybe even longer than they were ever in scotland..so stick that up yer caladonian crevice to all u begrudgers i say ..POG MO THOIN AND F U

Wow they were out of tune! Big time!
The Bass Drummer was a woman. I'm sure they'll be at Long Grove Irish Days next year too.
