although i love the cirque du freak series when i saw the cast i was just over-joyed all the charaters looked like how I'd imagine them. but when i saw the movie and i was just really disapointed. and because of MANY screwups this movie made their cant be a second one.

1) Evra doesn't make an apearance until the 2ed book

2)That monkey girl doesn't exist

3) Steve isn't blooded until book 8

4)AND DARREN SHAN IS NOT 16 he was 12 when he was blooded

@demi12356 Exactly! Also, in the book Eva and Darren become really close friends, but in the movie he's actually a jerk at times.

And also, Mr. Tiny doesn't tell steve, Steve figures it out, Mr Crepsly doesn't swear.. much in the book, but in the film bloody hell he swears to much!, in the book Truska doesn't speak english, in the film she does, in the book Corma Limbs (what ever the name is) is a boy, not a girl, the women who gets bit isn't Corma limbs they recked in badly...

@demi12356 Yeah, but the whole plot of the second book is about RV and Sam, while in the movie it just has him going to the Cirque and living there. Honestly I don't think the movie followed the story line at all. He's not even supposed to know about his friend until past the seventh book, but they showed him coming into the third book.

@Tigergirl7707 actually, book 1 is Cirque du freak, 2 Vampires assistant, then tunnels of blood, so it hasn't skipped it out and Sam and Rv are in the next book

@michael13asero It actually starts in book one and then actually skips book, two. It doesn't have RV, or Sam which is VERY annoying.

@Tigergirl7707 I know right, tbh they reck books sometimes, i am a HUGE fan of darren shan, and this recked the books D: i wanna know as well, why is mr crepsly here so mean!! he isn't in the book!! he is kinda happy in the book, here he is a miserable sod lol!
