  • CMalburn is right.... mostly subjective.. what is the point of arguing meaning of words anyway. blah blah blah sports car.. who cares.. Cobalt SS's are affordable quick and fun cars.

  • A sports car is simply any car which has been designed with the focus mostly on being fast, with good handling, so that often means a smallish coupé, but not always.

It's fairly subjective, so it's like trying to argue over what art is- everyone has a different take on it...

  • all the "dislikes" are from people who have never driven a TC cobalt.

  • @odysseybmx88.......Amen!

  • @RafRPC Está certo que a qualidade do vídeo é horrível. No entanto, o cobalto SS Turbo é um carro muito rápido. Eu não acho que você pode comprá-los em qualquer lugar exceto nos Estados Unidos.

  • All you 40 "dislikes" can suck me!

  • Cobalt SS Turbo was faster than cars like the '08 Evo MR, '11 Impreza STI, '08 Lexus IS-F around Virginia International Raceway during CarAndDrivers lightning lap event,....I'd say the Cobalt SS Turbo handles VERY well(I see it's been 4months since your post, but I hope this helps :)

  • so I'm curious.. how well does the Cobalt SS (turbo) handle? I raced a Fiat X1/9 in GT Sprints (Ontario Canada region, CASC) for years, but am thinking of a Cobalt SS next.. hmmmm, thoughts?!?

  • I own one. 2010, summit white, 2 door, and let me tell ya... Damn is it ever fun!!! I can beat stock mustang GT's in drag races... I can corner like a mofo. My only gripe with it is that it's front wheel drive. If it was rear wheel I'd be perfectly happy. That aside however...I truly enjoy it and I think that for the money it performs great and looks good. I got the smaller spoiler too...can't stand the big one.

  • @Cam9730 true, true. i'm not saying my car would be the quickest, far from it. it handles better, but is too slow to match this car's speed. all i'm saying is that this car has to be babied through every hard turn, and you can't control it as much at its limits, i've driven it on a track. but it does handle pretty nicely when you're not at its limits.

  • @86bmw325i "he has to turn the steering wheel alot to turn, which is pretty much understeer. with my bmw, i do reach my limits and the tires do screech like that. but you don't have to push my car as much as this car" No shit, because your rwd oversteers and you have to countersteer, of course you don't have to turn your steering wheel as much as this. A properly driven 325i will understeer, too. On a road course you don't need to hang the ass end out in a big drift to be the quickest.
