dinner time for baby mystery snails on the move.
i have been getting lots of questions about mystery snails since this video posted.
first off my general for snails, if they suddenly appear in your tank and you had no snails previously then this is a pond snail. if you have to purchase the snail then its something else you want.
for any other questions i refer you to this site.
http://www.fishforums.net/
i do hang out here answer questions and i spend time in chat as well so i can answer questions there if need be.
thank you all for your continued views.

  • I GOT ONE OF THOSE FOR FREE THE GUY DID NOTICE HE GOT COUGHT ON THE NET WHEN HE WAS TRYIN TO CATCH THE FISH I WANTED SINCE HIS SOOO SMALL LOL

  • @cleerin1

watch the free snails, they are the ones they tend to multiply quickly, they are pest pond snails

  • My snail laid eggs about a week ago, on the side of the tank. Do I leave them there or should I try to burry them in our sand? I've read different things so I'm lost.

  • @deadalive85

well what kind of eggs are they, are they gel looking ones or are they right above the tank lid?

  • @sailornight6 how do u know the snails are laying eggs because i dont want like 1000 snails in my ten gal tank

  • @Lurk1ngLurk3r

you can see them, they lay right above the water line normally. i once found some on the under side of my hood, they can get quite inventive when they want to be

  • EEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

  • I'm a Science teacher and the kids are observing snails... I am going to show your clips tomorrow! Thanks!

  • Check out my vid and tell me if i have baby snails and what to feed them thanks!

  • @sailornight6 Otherwise known as ramshorn snails. You DO NOT want those. They commonly attach themselves and their egg sacks to aquarium plants then all of the sudden when you take the plants home, guess what, you have a snail problem. Also ramshorn or pond snails lay their eggs under water where as Mystery Snails or Apple Snails lay their eggs above water. Any way as sailornight6 has said watch it with the pest snails. They multiply like cockraches.

  • @sailornight6 a cheap add to a breeding feeder fish tank you know chad, shiners all live bred. these are a good food source for clown loaches as well

  • Nice how old are they and how fast do they grow

  • the attack of the snails
