Ok.. It's not bone stock.

After several weeks we finally got to bring our 2010 GT500 home to put a few miles on the new motor. We'll be breaking it in and then it's off to the dyno over at UPR Products. All of the tuning will be done by Jon Lund of Lund Racing. The car is equipped with a built motor by Al Papitto which features a Ford GT aluminum block, CP Pistons, Manley I-Beam Rods, Custom Cams and a massive head port and polish job done by Chris from Champion Racing Heads. We also have the first ever 4.0L Whipple supercharger with the Super Cobra Jet Crusher Inlet and 140mm MAF to ever be run on a production GT500. We're supplying the fuel with our Triple pump return style fuel system which features (3) Walbro GSS342 pumps, Fore Precision Works Fuel Hat, Fore Precision Rails, Fore Precision Y-Block and an Aeromotive Pro-Series EFI Regulator. Our exhaust combo starts with American Racing Headers 1-7/8" Longtubes with a 3" X-pipe which flows 3" all the way back through a Magnaflow 3" catback featuring Magnapack 3" mufflers. In addition to that the front suspension was done by BMR fabrication and the rear suspension was done with Steeda. We're running a Mcleod RXT twin disc clutch kit and a DSS 3.5" aluminum driveshaft. Stay tuned as we'll be sure to post a bunch of dyno vids in the next few days.

  • im sorry but 4.0 liter super charger isnt it a 5.0 liter motor so how would that work just saying. leave a comment.

  • @Turtle889

It works just fine. Search Lethal 9.66 and you'll see.

It's also what Ford uses on all of their 2010 Cobrajets.

  • cant afford to put gas in it?

  • @stirrett1

Yeah.. The new motor cost too much that there was no cash left for fuel. :-)

  • That sound never gets old!!!

  • Bone stock my ass

  • That is not bone stock :P (cams, Exhaus, Supercharger, etc)

  • kinda loud for bone stock

  • your mother sucks fucking doggy dick.

  • @XetroVCruceru pretty easy to do. if you dismantle the gauge cluster, there will either be a colored light (led or incandescent bulb) or a colored film/plastic. change one or the other to whatever color you want..it's really not terribly difficult. if you have to change a light, it could be more challenging finding the same bulb of a different color with the same specifications, but they obviously exist if this guy managed to do it. perhaps a retrofit?

  • Hey, can anybody please explain to me how he setup his gauge colors like that? I have a 2012 Mustang, and I can't seem to get one gauge red and the other blue and the middle white. Crazy I tell ya!

  • LOVE THAT HIGH IDLE!!!!!

  • @TheXUAEx ya i know lol typing to fast to care.

  • @Turtle889 ITS 5.4 ENGINE
