iContact, among many other email marketing service providers, have a problem.
They manage to take a good idea, refine the hell out of it, and transform a simple idea into a system that is more complicated than the system it replaced.
I think iContact realizes this, since they still make it rather intuitive to choose to continue using the old version of their email newsletter creator.
Just adding drag & drop functionality to a tool, doesn't make it easy to use.
Look at the cell phone market. Everyone has tried to copy the iPhone, but in most cases, the whole point and ideology behind the solution is lacking, and the end result is an awful mess that only its creators fully understand.
iContact... you failed.
What actually don't you like about it? The video you posted doesn't actually present any problems....
