Not like Acer F900 as the one in Acer F900 really sucks:), but it has Acer Home Screen + WM 6.5 which is really handy without any shells.

Certainly not. HTC HD, Touch Pro 2, Diamond2, etc - they all have toooo slow processors while This one has Snapdragon 1 Ghz that makes it one of the three most powerful phones at the moment.

It is different. Touch Pro 2 heavier, bulkier and HTC's screen itself is smaller. But it got keyboard. HTC TP2 processor also slower, and and I'm not sure if it ever get WM6.5
