The Criminal Acts of Senator Uzamere

28 years ago, Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere, then living in the United States without the benefit of permanent legal residence, used the fictitious name "Godwin Uzamere" to trick me into marrying him. He also enlisted the help of attorney Harvey Shapiro of the law office of Allen Kaye to further trick me into signing green-card-sponsorship papers. Immediately after signing the papers, Senator Uzamere left and never returned.

Since then, Senator Uzamere has engaged in activities that are criminal violations in Nigeria and the United States. Some of these violations include:

1) Marriage fraud;
2) Use of a false social security number;
3) Bigamy (a felony in Nigeria & New York);
4) Submitting falsified document for filing;
5) Failure to pay child support;
6) Submitting false information on citizenship application.

It seems that Senator Uzamere believed that having members of his family and members of the Nigerian community to harass me would stop me from publishing the video. However, that didn't work. Senator Uzamere's brother Eugene attempt to defame my character by making disparaging remarks about my mental illness won't worked either -- I plan to sue him for various civil rights violations including defamation of character and the intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Additionally (gasp!), Jackson Ude, a righteous Nigerian reporter associated with Point Blank News has already uploaded his exposé regarding the crimes of Senator Uzamere, so it seems that with Jehovah's help, this sordid chapter of my life will soon come to a close.

The obvious (and only legal) way for Senator Uzamere to defend himself against my allegations is to either sue me for defamation of character or answer my allegations in the divorce actions. However, neither Senator Uzamere nor his attorney, Jack Gladstein has responded. In fact, they are several weeks in default.

Do you know why Senator Uzamere does not answer? Because he knows that I am telling the truth. There is no defense against truth.

I uploaded this video and attached message to enlist the help of the honest-hearted public to end the immoral reign of terror that I and our daughter Tara have suffered as a result of the commission of various crimes by corrupt Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere. If you have suggestions that will help me bring Senator Uzamere to justice, I welcome them.

I'm utterly sorry to hear about all you've been through. I'd advise that you reach out to a number of top lawyers in Nigeria with the aim of filing a law suit against him there. I'll post a comment on here as soon as i get credible names and their contacts. Indeed men like him are the reason why Nigeria and Nigerians are seen as a desperate people.

There is one problem though. Polygamy is legal in Nigeria. I'm sorry he abandoned you and your child. What he did was wrong, but technically he isn't married to the other woman illegally.
