Overview: Daisy finds out James might get out of the scheme unscathed. Beth and Phillip notice the closeness between James and Daisy and see James' artwork. Bill gives Lizzie her engagement ring -- in a hot dog, and gets punched by an angered investor. James flirts with Daisy. Bill and Lizzie get held up at the police station. In the best scene of the episode, Alan lights up a cigar to gangster music ;)
