Brother GT-782 Direct-to-Garment Weekly Maintenance Procedure - Tube Clean

This video shows the steps for performing the recommended weekly maintenance procedure for the Brother GT-782 direct-to-garment dtg printer. The tube clean procedure allows the operator to thoroughly clean the white ink lines to prevent excess build up around the interior of the ink lines. The user will need the GT-782 Maintenance Cartridge and the Brother Maintenance Solution in order to perform this maintenance procedure. The approximate time for completing this procedure is 10-15 minutes and is recommended to do this the morning of the first day of the week (i.e. Monday). @DAGuide Interesting, Load White works for me after my daily retrieve and shake, but just doesn't have the oomph to get the ink fully loaded after finishing my weekly tube cleaning. Anyhow, thanks for all the videos, a lot of good info here!

Don't you want to select "Initial Cleaning" instead of "Load White" when you are loading the ink back into the tubes? In my experience, Load White only gets the ink about 3/4 through the tubes.

@Jarede16 Load white is what I select and I really don't have an issue. Just did it three times (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) with no issues. Perfect nozzle check. Not sure what would prevent the load white cleaning from working for you. Maybe temperature if you are in a cold area.
