I record video in 16:9 but when I open the file in vegas. It's not widescreen. It has those black bars on the sides and I have to crop it but by doing that the quailty goes down and you can't see the whole screen. I'm so tired of this how do I fix it?

@RobinhooodGFX hey i just got this, but when i try capturing, it keeps saying "Failed to grab video from device" even though everything is set up. HELP!!!
