Here is the thing about working in the games industry: even if you don't fall for one of these bullshit schools, and get an actual degree in programming or whatever, and then manage to land a brilliant job working for some game design company somewhere, well guess what? The work sucks, the industry sucks and no one in their right mind would bother to do it if they knew what the working conditions were like.
