Escape - a tribute to Metallica on guitar

Here's another from my previous channel (should be obvious because of the fro), updated with some cheesy video effects. In case you are wondering about the Super Shifter, I am using that pedal at the beginning to produce the harmonies that Kirk/James do. Also, I took a few liberties and embellished the chorus, and added a solo at the end.

When I first got Ride The Lightening back in 1985 (yeah, I'm an old fart), this was one of the songs that I would skip because I preferred the faster tunes. The good part about that is the song almost seemed fresh to me again when I went to learn it. Rock on... \m/

@likinlips20000000000 it's been almost a year since they supposedly made a deal, but I know that as of just a few months ago, people were still having Warner related vids pulled... I am sorry I don't have the answer, but I wish I knew too.

Songs like this are like my dad's frankie valley records. Its our (40 yr old metal vets) version of beautiful n its our "oldies". The solos on ride the lightning n master are well orchestrated, have life, n r epic. Great choice. LOL at the overlay of the pitch shifter but thanks for showing us. Clever. Now i have to get one!
