He did drop to the floor with his arm, not the usual shit your arm muscles usually have to take.

At certain angles the arm can dislocate very easily.

i know how an arm bar works, and he wouldnt be strong enough to put me in that position even if i was 16.. ( im now 24 )

Youd have been fucked.

His and your muscle is in the same place, these are not strenth muscles, they are to hold your shoulder in place.

So pushing towards the main one in a position which puts alot of pressure onto a muslce which isnt to lift things would definatly put a large effort into his arm, which will never heal, its either stretched or torn now, muscles do not and can not repair themselves from that.

For life his arm will feel shit.
