All the other banners are from rather large, well known swimming schools. Binghamton had never had a guy swim in the Mens NCAA meet before. That's why their banner is out of place

this marked the very first time Binghamton University had been represented at the mens D1 NCAA swim meet... and the schools that our banner is next to are HUGE swimming schools
