On the last and greatest day of the Festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. 38 Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.
John 7:37-38 TNIV

Flow occurs when the challenges you face perfectly mesh with your abilities to meet them.
Dr. M. Seligman, Authentic Happiness, Page 173

GOD spoke to Moses: "See what I've done; I've personally chosen Bezalel son of Uri, son of Hur of the tribe of Judah. I've filled him with the Spirit of God, giving him skill and know-how and expertise in every kind of craft to create designs and work in gold, silver, and bronze; to cut and set gemstones; to carve wood—he's an all-around craftsman.
Exodus 31:1-5, MSG

I am not sophomoric enough to put forward a complete theory of meaning, but I do know that it consists in attachment to something larger, and the larger the entity to which you can attach yourself, the more meaning in your life.
Dr. M. Seligman, Authentic Happiness, Page 14

There is no greater love than to lay down ones life for ones friends
