I rang the National Security hotline 1800 123 400 when I saw them again over the inner west in Sydney. The lady who answered had never heard of them. I explained what I knew about them from research, she asked if someone could ring me about them. Maybe we should all ring that number when we see them again. It was good my call was taken seriously.....great work embers...

there was one laid down over Hobart on the 17th sept E-W 40km long at high velocity with inaudible air craft

did not disperse but dropped down from 15000ft to 10000ft
